In this course you will spend time with a Master Baker to produce a range of artisan sour dough products, whilst learning the skills of creating and caring for your own starter. You will learn new shaping techniques like sqaures, triangles and couronnes. Plus gain valuable experience in handshaping, covering all the areas, including croissants.
